What you ship

  • A two- to four-page Compare and Contrast document anchored on the five dimensions.
  • At least one diagram (memory-map side-by-side recommended).
  • Citations: Copetti, Altice, the nesdev wikis, and at least one community SNES core file.
  • A Toolchain Diary entry per new tool you touched (PVSneslib, bsnes-plus, the SNES core source).

Tools you use

  • The community SNES core source mirrored in your student repo.
  • bsnes-plus, the SNES emulator with debugger.
  • Hugg 8bitworkshop.com mirror at the academy workbench.

Success criteria

  • The document covers all five dimensions with precision.
  • The diagram is readable.
  • An instructor can confirm your claims against the cited sources.

Time budget
