Capstone delivery. The homebrew ROM running on your modified core, with a five-minute demo and a written report. This is graded against the rubric in CAPSTONE.html.
What you ship
- Git repo URL containing: modified core source, homebrew ROM source, build instructions, Toolchain Diary, written report.
- Five-minute recorded demo (MP4 or webm).
- Written report (one to three pages) covering: what you modified, why, what you read, what alternatives you considered, what you would do with another two weeks.
Tools you use
- Whichever tools you actually used. The capstone is integrative, not exploratory.
Success criteria
- The artefact actually runs. We will reproduce your build before grading.
- The modification is non-trivial.
- The demo runs at least sixty seconds and shows HDMI video and audio.
- The report references the readings and names the alternatives.
